Well, it's official: Hulu has ended its free ad-supported service and is moving to adopt the all subscription model. So if you want to continue with Hulu you will need to pay. Depending on what you want, it will be $7.99 per month if you don't mind commercials or $11.99 per month if you want to remove them.
It has also emerged that Hulu is working with Yahoo on an ad-supported streaming service, Yahoo View. This service will allow users to watch the 5 most recent episodes of shows from NBC, Fox and ABC, 8 days after they have originally aired, as well as potentially other networks to be decided and next day clips will be available to stream for free.
So will you pay for Hulu? Or do you already? Does it offer you enough to justify the cost to pay for a service you originally received for free? Of course this could be the start of a move into the International market where they try to branch out into other countries. Let us know what you think in the poll.
